53. On the drawmg tItled SIte plan, IdentIfy and label the symbol that represents

submIt a current survey of the subject property.
55. The buildmg plans are not bemg revIewed for complIance WIth the
applIcable buildmg codes. Therefore, add the words "Floor plan layout IS
conceptual" below the drawing titled Floor Plan found on sheet A-I
56 ConsIdenng that the occupancy classIficatIon of the eXIstmg buildmg will
