One of the issues that came up is that we may be asking Foster Oil for a small land donation right at the corner of their property so that we can fit into the project two full lanes of traffiC that will allow two semi-tractor trailer trucks to negotiate that corner at the same time. Mrs. Foster brought up to me that she is willing to consider donating the necessary corner, but she asked me about the recently imposed condition on her property to close her Southernmost driveway on E. Industrial. Of course, I did not have an answer for her as to why lithe City" is making her close that driveway. Can you shed some light on that subject for me, and is there any room for leeway on this closure if she cooperates with us on the land donation we might need for the easing of that corner?
