one year from the date of final approval. In order to mamtam vested status, a bUlldmg permit
must be secured or an extenSIOn granted withm one year of final site plan approval.
To contmue thIS project through the development process, please reVIse relevant pages of your
approved site plan to mcorporate all condItIOns of approval as applIcable. The full rectified site
plan set is to be submItted as part of your permit plan package to the Buildmg DiviSIOn. The
person managmg your permit applIcatIOns should be made aware of any additiOnal documents
and thIrd party letters lIsted m the condItIOns of approval that need to be submItted WIth your
permIt package

findings and recommendation of the Planning and Development Board, which Board found as follows

THIS MATTER came on to be heard before the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida on the date of hearing stated above. The City Commission having considered the
relief sought by the applicant and heard testimony from the applicant, members of city administrative
staff and the public finds as follows:
1. Application for the relief sought was made by the Applicant in a manner consistent with
the requirements of the City's Land Development Regulations.

9. The existing gopher tortoises must be addressed with a permit from the X

10. Indicate on the landscape plan the existing trees that will be relocated or X
removed / replaced on the site. These trees are m addition to the Landscape

Comments:
11. The two (2) feet of vehIcle overhang mto the reqUired landscape buffer is not X
allowed and would require a variance. Approval of this site plan IS
contmgent upon the approval of the vanance request (ZNCV 02-015).
12 The back-up distance behmd the 900 parlang stalls is reqUired to be 27 feet m X
Width. The plans show the back-up distance of 25 feet 10 width. ThiS wIll
reqUlre an admmistratIve waIver from the Engmeenng DivlSlon.
13. The overhead bay doors shall not be located on the buildmg facrade facmg X
HIgh RIdge Road. Approval of thiS site plan is contingent upon the approval
of the request for the Commumty DeSign Plan Appeal (COP A 02-002).
