City of Boynton Beach shall be reviewed by the various boards, commissions, staff personnel and other parties
designated, appointed or employed by the City of Boynton Beach, and any such party reviewing the same shall
rely upon the accuracy thereof, and any change in any item submitted shall be deemed material and substantial.

We are responding to your request for exemption of property from the
Environmentally Sensitive Lands Ordinance (ESLO). The property control
number for this site is 08 43 45 17 00 001 0010. Staff has received your
reques t and accompanyi ng documentation and has completed an eva 1 uat ion
pursuant to the Ordinance.
Pursuant to Section 8.01 (e) of Ordinance Ho. 89-23, effective Hovember 2,
1989, the aforementioned property is exempt from other provisions of the
Ordinance. The vested development rights extend only to this particular
project approved by Boynton Beach. In the event the buyer wishes to oiter
the project, and needs to obtain new approvals for the property, the project
wo~ld not be vested, and would be subj2ct to review under the ESLO This
determination is based solely upon the information provided to the Department
