This approval is for a height exception pursuant to the City's Land Development regulations, Chapter 2, Zoning, Section 4.F.2. to allow the top of the decorative roof for the elevators to be 35'-8" in height, a distance of 8 inches above the 35-foot maximum height allowed for a building under the building parking in the C-1 zoning district. The City Commission approved this request on July 15, 2003. Rectified site plans including the "Conditions of Approval" must be submitted to the Building Department orior to, or along with first permit request.
