In response to your request for the admirustrative review and approval of the modIfications proposed to
the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the gazebo addition as shown on the
sIte plan date stamped 03/21/02 is "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations,
Chapter 4- SIte Plan Review.
TIns project may continue to be processed by the Buildmg Division as a permit applicatIOn subject to the
following conditIon:
1. A three (3) foot setback from all property lines is reqUITed for the gazebo structure. (Chapter 2,
Sec.4, J.)
Be advised that the proposed change may require a modificatIon to the building permit. Please contact me

a Gazebo on the Hamphsire Gardens site adjacent to our clubhouse The gazebo will replace an
aging shade structure The proposed wood gazebo is 8 feet in diameter and will be installed
