Zoning Confirmation
Dear Ms. Brinkman:
In response to your request, please be informed of the following:
I) The above-referenced project is classified "Industrial" (IND) on the City's Comprehensive
Plan, Future Land Use Map, and zoned Planned Industrial Development (PID) as
represented on the City's Official Zoning Map;
2) The list of allowed uses for the above-referenced project is attached hereto; and
3) Required parking will be calculated as outlined on the attached labeled "Site Development
Standards," "Parking Calculations" and "Use Scenarios Demonstrating Compliance with
Parking Requirements". With the exceptIOn that the approved plans indicate a total of 186
spaces, not 187 spaces; industrial uses shall be based on employee counts (not to be less
than the stated ratio); and rounding up shall occur when the first digit right of the decimal
point exceeds zero.
Please also note that signage standards should be based on the approved plan and corresponding
conditions of approval.
I trust I have adequately responded to your request. However, please contact me should you need
clarification or additional information.
Sincerely,
~MC
Michael W. Rumpf
