Dear Mr. Rumpf:
Ahrens Companies has just been awarded a contract on August 11,
2000 to complete the construction of High Ridge Properties' new
office/warehouse facility adjacent to their present facility.
Our Scope of Work includes the construction of the new facility
and associated site work and numerous upgrades to their present
facility, including landscaping and irrigation systems.
We are aware that this site has been in dis-array for quite some
time. Our client, Mr. Mark Fender and his associates are
insistent that we address all of the City of Boynton Beach
Planning and Zoning Department's concerns as soon as possible.
This letter is written to assure the city of Boynton Beach that
Ahrens companies and High Ridge properties intentions are to
satisfy all of your requirements in the most expeditious manner
possible. As you are aware, Ahrens Companies has performed
numerous projects in the High Ridge Industrial Park and are
presently working on two (2) additional projects.
We are making minor west elevation enhancements to the building.
Landscaping and an irrigation system has been added between the
property lines and the edge of pavement along High Ridge Road and
Industrial Way.
The transition period between the previous contractor and Ahrens
Companies will be dependent on everyone's cooperation to expedite
the corrections to drawings that are in conflict or do not have
the required information provided as required per your review.
Based on our previous experiences working with your Department,
Ahrens Companies is confident that any further delays in this
project can be kept to a minimum in order to provide you with the
upgraded existing facility and new building in a timely manner.
