Dear Mr Newman:
In response to your request for the administrative reVIew and approval of the modIfication proposed to
the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the note changes regarding room
additIOns as shown on the revised plans date stamped 08/06/02 are "minor", as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review. The change permits hard roof enclosures and
room additions in the "A" and "B" areas for the X-type units.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be
advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact

Dear Mr. Newman:
This letter is to inform you that your request for administrative review regarding the above referenced
minor site plan application cannot be approved for the following reason(s):
1 The construction of the hard-roof structures is proposed to be located on pervious areas and not
totally on the existing pre-approved concrete slab;
2. Additional information including the lot coverage, wall material, setbacks and building separation
for the proposed hard-roof structures is required to review thiS request.
This project may not continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Please

Dear Mr. Rumpf,
The Bristol Board of Directors hereby requests from the City of Boynton Beach Planning and
Zoning Board a minor site plan modification. The Bristol Board of Directors requests
approval for a site plan modification for all Type X models to permit hard roof structures and
room additions in the A & B designated areas, on the existing site plan for all such buildings
in Bristol. Individual written approval is needed for each unit owner's request by the Board
of Directors.
