The change permits hard roof enclosures and room additions in the "A" and "B" areas for the X-type units. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Additional information including the lot coverage, wall material, setbacks and building separation for the proposed hard-roof structures is required to review thiS request. This project may not continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application.
