Dear Mr Newman:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of modifications proposed to the
above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the proposed change to allow hard roof
enclosures in the limited common area of all five (5) "VII" models as shown on the revised plans date
stamped 02/02/01 is "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan
Review Please be advised that no portion of the hard roof enclosure, including overhangs, can encroach
into any utility easement.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised
that the proposed change may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact me at (561)

The Bristol Board of Directors hereby requests from the City of Boynton Beach Planning and
Zoning Board a minor site plan modification. The Bristol Board of Directors requests
approval for a site plan modification for the installation of side room additions to be installed
on the limited common element area on the side of all 7 models in Bristol. Individual written
approval is needed for each unit owner's request by the Board of Directors.
