modifications proposed to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed
that the building additions as shown on the revised plans date stamped 06/06/0 I are
"minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan
Review
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Dlvision as a pemlit
application subject to the following condition(s):
Ifthc scope of the project demands removal of plant material then such plant material
must be relocated to an area subject to approval ofthe City Forester
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building pennit.

Dear Mr Rumpf,
Hunter's Run Country Club is currently planning additions and renovations to their
clubhouse facilities that will require a minor modification to their approved site plan.
Attached you will find 4 sets of the site plan depicting the location of the proposed
additions. They are shaded and labeled as A, B, and C on the site plan, and encompass
card room, fitness, and aerobics additions. All uses currently exist in the clubhouse and
are expansions of their existing facilities. The existing clubhouse is 86,529 s.f and the
additions total 4,237 s.f (48% of existing building area). We will be submitting for
building permit this coming week and wish to expedite this minor modification. Please call
me directly should you have any questions.
