They are shaded and labeled as A, B, and C on the site plan, and encompass card room, fitness, and aerobics additions. All uses currently exist in the clubhouse and are expansions of their existing facilities. The existing clubhouse is 86,529 s.f and the additions total 4,237 s.f (48% of existing building area). We will be submitting for building permit this coming week and wish to expedite this minor modification.
