Enclosed is the City of Boynton Beach Development Order for new site plan approval granted
on February 5, 2002, by the City Commission.
To continue this project through the development process, please revise relevant pages of your
approved site plan to incorporate all conditions of approval as applicable. The full rectified site
plan set is to be submitted as part of your permit plan package to the Building Division. The
person managing your permit applications should be made aware of any additional documents
and third party letters listed in the conditions of approval that need to be submitted with your
permit package.
The Building Division is committed to speedy and efficient completion of the building permit
process for your project. However, please note that failure to meet all applicable development
order conditions in the submitted rectified plan set may produce unnecessary delays in permit
issuance. Feel free to contact any TRC member for additional clarification of comments(s).
Important: If you plan to introduce any changes to your approved site plan over and above those
required by conditions of approval, please contact our staff before submitting a permit package
to the Building Division. All modifications to the site plan must be evaluated bv our staff and
processed accordinglv

9 Currently, the proposed colors of the building are Benjamin Moore Creamy X
Orange 2166-50 and Benjamin Moore Adobe White 2166.70. If the proposed
building colors change during the pennitting process or any other time in th~
future, the new colors of the building and base color of the monument sign
must conform to the Wal-Mart Center Master Plan Design Standards June
1999 as well as Chapter 9 - Community Design Plan of the Land
Development Regulations.
10. This project will require a cross-access agreement with the Wal-Mart property X
to the west. Prior to the issuance of any pennits, the Wal-Mart site plan must
be administratively approved for a minor site plan modification to allow for

staff recommends adding Croton and Society Garlic groundcover along
Winchester Park Boulevard in order to be more consistent with Sonny's Bar-
B-Q eastern perimeter landscaping. Also, at the southern entrance of the
subject site, add Crinum Lily groundcover and substitute the proposed Drab
Elm (proposed in the landscaped island) with a cluster of Sabal Palmetto trees
to be more consistent with Wal-Mart's existing: nerimeter landscape material.
