Per ynur request, attached is a list briefly summarizing how each of the comments
listed in your Fax dated May 14,2001 is addressed.

BUILDING DIVISION: comment
2, Add a labeled symbol to the site plan drawing that identifies the location of the
handicap accessible parking spaces,
Answer Surveyor has labeled site plan with handicap symbol per your request.
3. Add a labeled symbol to the site plan drawing that represents and delineates the
path of travel for the accessible route that is required between the accessible
parking spaces and the accessible entrance door to the building,

4, On the drawing titled site plan, identify and label the symbol that represents

6, At the time of permit review, submit signed and sealed working drawings of the
proposed construction.
AnswET Architect will be assigned as soon as we received approval for variance from the
City of Boynton Beach. Signed and sealed working drawings will be submitted at time of
permit review
7. Add to the drawing the calculations that were used to identify the minimum
number of required handicap accessible parking spaces, Also, state the code section
that is applicable to the computations,
Answer Calculations have been added to Site Plan.
In compliance with Chapter 23, Section I IH.16.D(19} of the City of
Boynton Beach Land Development Regulations, one parking space per 200 sq.ft. of
gross building size (3,774 sq.ft.) is required.
i.e. 3,774 divided by 200 = 1887 (rounded up to 19 spaces). 1-2S requires 1 handicap space.
A charl is added to drawing based on the Florida Accessibility Code for Building Construction,
Chapter 2 4 1.2 (Sa) - Total Parking in Lot Required Minimum Number of Accessible Spaces.
PARKS AND RECREATION: comment
8, Submit detailed irrigation plans for required right-of-way landscape improvements
during the construct on document permitting stage, for review and approval by the
Parks Division staff. Include on the plan location of any existing irrigation in the
right-of-way,
Answer' N/ A. No changes have been made to any parl of original landscaping. We are not
altering said landscape/ right-ofway.

9, On the survey, provide tabular data indicating the total building area and required!
