Relocate dumpster enclosure to southwest corner of site . Eliminate drive aisle . Install new landscaping and pervious area. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to the following conditions: 1. The removal of plant material is subject to review and approval of the City Forester / Environmentalist; 2. Continue the hedge around all three (3) sides of the dumpster enclosure so that it complies with Chapter 9, Section lO.C.3. 3. Indicate by note that the site dumpster enclosure is to be constructed in accordance with City Standard A- 8807 4 Indicate by note, or on a dumpster detail that the required gates for the dumpster shall contain long steel rods to drop into the pavement in order to secure the gates in the open and closed positions.
