Good morning, Last week, I faxed you the 1st review comments for the new
site plan (NWSP 02-007), Attached, you will find 1st review comments for
the master plan (MSPM 02-001). Please address these comments as they
directly relate to the master plan.
Although both the master plan and the site plan directly relate to each
other, the City still considers them as two (2) separate projects. Please
modify your plans so that they comply with staff comments. Additionally,
bring ten (10) revised sets of master plans with you to the 06/04/02
Technical Review Committee (TRC) meeting. Thank you for your
consideration in this matter
