I reviewed the above referenced revised Site Plans, delivered to me June 17, 2002, against the
1st Review comments addressed at the June4, 2002 TRC meeting. Following are my additional
comments.
,/ Comment NO.1 (Public Works - General) should remain as is.
,/ Remove Comment No 11 (Engineering Division). A revised drainage plan was submitted
providing the requested information Sheet No C-2, the original Drainage Plan, should be
removed from the revised plan set.
,/ Comment No. 13 (Engineering Division) should remain. Lighting levels appear to be
excessive and additional consideration to adjusting lighting levels should be given by the
Engineer/Architect. This may be done at the time of permitting and does not affect
proceeding to the Planning Board.
,/ Comment No. 24 (Engineering Division) should remain. Typical sections for the swales
and retention areas were not provided with this set of plans. This may be done at the time
of permitting and does not affect proceeding to the Planning Board
If you have any questions or would like additional information please feel free to call me at
