Federal Highway, Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida Dear Mr Hawke: In response to your inquiry regarding documentation on the above-referenced application, our records indicate that an application was filed on April 12, 2002 requesting our review and administrative approval of site modifications as "minor" changes (see attached letters dated April 5, 2002), the application included a set of plans showing interior and site modifications and date- stamped May 22, 2002, and the proposed modifications were deemed "minor" as indicated in the approval letter issued by the City of Boynton Beach on June 13, 2002 (see attached copy). The Planning & Zoning Division file number for this application is MMSP 02 - 029, meaning it was the 29th application for a minor site plan modification filed with the City in the Year 2002.
