Dear Mr. Schmitt:
In response to your request for administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed in
the above-referenced approved site plan, please be informed that the proposed green vinyl fence six
(6) feet in height as shown on the revised plans date stamped 03/08/01 is "minor", as defined within
the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to
the following condition:
I The existing ficus hedge shall be temporarily removed and replanted in the readjusted location.
If the scope of the project demands planting a new hedge, the replacement hedge must be
composed of plant material allowed under the current Land Development Regulations (Chapter
7.5, Article II, Section 9B.).
Be advised that the proposed change may require a modification to the building permit. Please

8" high) which bordered our northern property line.
We respectfully requests permission to erect a six foot green vinyl fence on this property line and
then replace the hedge with a new 8' Ficus hedge..
