Legal Description. Harbor Estates Lot 38 according to the Plat Thereof file in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for Palm Beach
County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 98.
A PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT BOARD
WILL BE HELD RELATIVE TO THE ABOVE APPLICATION AT CITY HALL, WEST
WING CONFERENCE ROOM "C", 100 E. BOYNTON BEACH BOULEVARD,
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 22, 2000, AT 7:00 P.M,
