RE: Boynton Quarterdeck
TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE STANDARDS REVIEW
Dear Michael:
The Palm Beach County Traffic Division has reviewed the traffic study and the follow-up
statement for the development project entitled, Bovnton Quarterdeck. pursuant to the
Traffic Performance Standards in Article 15 of the Palm Beach County Land
Development Code The project is summarized as follows.
Location:
Municipality:
Existing Uses:
Proposed Uses:
New Daily Trips:
Build-out:
South side of Old Boynton Road, east of Lawrence Road
Boynton Beach
None
6,355 SF Quality Restaurant
1,529 @ 15% pass-by
2003
Based on our review, the Traffic Division has determined that the project meets the
Traffic Performance Standards of Palm Beach County It is suggested that the City
monitor queues at the projects northern access driveway on Winchester Park Boulevard,
with emphasis on the northbound left-turns onto the site. In case where long queues are
observed, proper measures may be taken by diversification of traffic to other project
driveways
If you have any questions regarding this determination, please contact me at 684-4030
Sincerely,
Masoud Atefi, MS
