Dear Mr. Peterson.
Enclosed is the City of Boynton Beach Development Order for application item ZNCV
02-010, which represents approval for a variance for Woolbright Grill. This approval
allows for a maximum encroachment of an awning into the rear setback of 2.5 feet, to
allow a 7.5 foot variance, and an awning encroachment often (10) feet; and allowing for
a maximum encroachment of an awning into the side setback of 2.5 feet, to allow 5.5 foot
variance, and an awning encroachment of eight (8) feet. This was approved by the City
Commission at their June 18,2002 meeting.
