Enclosed is the City of Boynton Beach Development Order for application item ZNCV 02-010, which represents approval for a variance for Woolbright Grill. This approval allows for a maximum encroachment of an awning into the rear setback of 2.5 feet, to allow a 7.5 foot variance, and an awning encroachment often (10) feet; and allowing for a maximum encroachment of an awning into the side setback of 2.5 feet, to allow 5.5 foot variance, and an awning encroachment of eight (8) feet.
