Enclosed is the City of Boynton Beach Development Order for application item ZNCV
02-011, which represents approval of a variance for the Woolbright Grill. This approval
allows for a variance of ten (10) feet, and a side setback of twenty (20) feet for a
restaurant abutting a residential zone in a C-3 zoning district. This was approved by the
City Commission on June 18, 2002.
