Dear Mr Peterson.
Enclosed is the City of Boynton Beach Development Order for application item ZNCV
02-012, which represents approval of a variance for the Woolbright Grill. This approval
allows for a six (6) foot high chain link fence with landscaping along the southernmost
property line, conditioned upon the planting of a native hedge species comparable to that
planted along the shopping center, the fence being a green vinyl type, and the ultimate
replacement with a wall when residential development occurs on the adjacent property,
This was approved by the City Commission on June 18,2002.
