Features
The classic designed acorn style housing and
optional domed top shall be made of ASTM
356.2 aluminum cast in pennanent molds and
shall encompass the following specifications:

The enclosure shall be a polycarbonate. acrylic
clear textured or refractive IES Type III or Type
V lens with an acorn shape, gasketed for weather
tight operation. It shall attach to the cast
electrical chamber by means of an interlocking
neck and 3 stainless steel set screws or optional
Twist-Lock Mechanism for quick and easy
lamp service.

The optical assembly optionals shall include: a
borosilicate refractor with symmetrical or
symmetrical light distribution; a segmented
aluminum cut-off reflector mounted in the dome
c, top for Type III or Type V IES light distribution
or multi-louver reflector.

Ballast assembly shall be unitized and
integrally mounted to a ca,t aluminum tray The
electrical component is a high power factor
CW A designed to operate up to a 320 watt HID,
medium or mogul base lamp (by others) at -20
degrees F
The lamp holder shall be porcelain glazed
medium or mogul base 660/4kv, pulse rated and
the assembly shall be factory tested. All
mounting fasteners and brackets shall be
stainless steel. The cast aluminum fitter shall
mount to a post top or bracket by means of a 3"
LD. Hub secured with three stainless steel
socket set screws.
The finish shall be a thennoset polyester power
coating applied over a sandblasted sulface with
a 8 stage immersion chromate conversion and
pre-treatment process.
The luminaire shall be ETL and CSA listed and
suitable for wet location.

Series
Lamp Types: Mercury Vapor Metal Halide.
High Pressure Sodium. and Incandescent.
Housing/Shield: Injection molded. glass
fiber reinforced polymer, providing high
strength and U-V stability. CBM 175 is mold-
ed from a high-performance resin that is
sUitable for use with I 75-watt HID lamps.AII
CBM's are warranted for five years against
corrosion. Optional composite or metallic
shield is available for precise light control.
Finish: Available in either textured bronze
at black.
Fasteners: All exposed fasteners are black
oxide coated stainless steel.
Lampholder: Glazed porcelain, Medium
base. 4KV pulse rated with spring center
contact.
lens: Flat or convex, tempered. heat
reSistant dear glass. lens seals against a
silicone o-ring. lens/Shield retaining ring has
captive fasteners. Aqueducts in the retaining
ring pI-event water accumulation on the lens.
Mounting: 1/2" NPSM mounting arm
with jam nut is standard. Fixture arm may
be screwed into threaded hubs in junction
boxes, spikes, grade mounted ballast _
enclosures. or tree mounts.
Optics/Aiming: PAlOS. R30. or PAR30
type '-eflector lamps can be accommodated.
E 17 lamps may be used with FCB flood or
SCB Spot reflectors. The FCB IS mechanical-
ly peened with diffuse dear anodized finish.
The SeB has a polished semi.specular
anodized fmish. Fixture adjusts easily in
thl ee axes. Optional shield may be rotated

Wiring: Pre.wired with 200GC rated Wil"e.
