Dear Mike,
Pursuant to the variance request for the deletion of the wall along the 277 feet
of the west property line, please withdraw this request. I have meet with Pete
Mazzella of your utility department and due to the location of the water main
within the easement, it was agreed that a wall could be placed within the
utility easement and still be able to maintain the water main. I have enclosed
a revised site plan showing the location of the wall as agreed upon with Pete.
This should satisfY the code requirement for the separation wall and there
should not be any outstanding issues left for this project.
