Dear Mr. Tompkins:
As you know, the above referenced project is scheduled for review by the Planning and
Development Board on January 22,2002 and by the City Commission on February 5, 2002. At
the Technical Review Committee, we discussed several issues regarding the sets of plans, traffic
,study, conditional use, master plan, and associated fees.
Per our discussion, by 5:00 p.m. today, you are to provide staff with the following items:
. Revised landscape plan, .---
. Conditional use application (including labeled envelopes, property appraiser's map - 400 -
foot radius, and $750 check payable to the City of Boynton Beach),
. Master Plan application (letter) and $1000 check payable to the City of Boynton Beach,
. Revised elevations, .-
. Height Exception application (letter) and $250 check payable to the City of Boynton Beach. '---
If we do not receive the above referenced items, staff will postpone your new site plan /
conditional use application until the following month.
