Woolbright Road Suite 300 Boynton Beach, FL. 33426 Re: Woolbright Professional Building MMSP 02-045 Dear Ms. Sessanna: Please be advised that the exterior building color selections as submitted for review are unacceptable. The colors are not compatible with the general character of the surrounding properties as required by Land Development Regulations Chapter 9, Community Design Plan Section 11. Also, the dark "Blackthorne" color selection for the support columns in and around the parking area presents a potential safety hazard. Staff recommends that you limit your color selection to two colors and select a lighter, more visible color for the support columns.
