If any outstanding conditions are related to permits issued by the Building Division, please provide this division a memorandum containing a description of the unresolved conditions. If the unresolved conditions are not permit related, please notify the owner or the owner's agent to ensure that the matters are rectified. These changes are required due to the reversal of a decision by the Lake Worth Drainage District regarding the use of their 20 foot drainage easement adjacent to the L.W.D.D Lateral No. 26 Canal. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please find five sets of revised site plans and landscape plan for you review. The previous site plan approval by the City of Boynton Beach on August 17,2000 has had some unforeseen circumstances occur during the permit stage of development. The Lake Worth Drainage District has reversed its opinion of the use of the 20- foot wide area of land located in the rear our property, (See enclosed documents) This change has adversely impacted our approved plan and revisions are necessary for further completion of development. The revised site plan has removed seven parking spaces in the rear of the property and relocated the landscape buffer out of the 20 feet area in question. The front of the property has been reconfigured to accommodate one addition parking space and relocated the pedestrian access point. Our original plan had six parking spaces over the code requirement. I believe you will find that the revised site configuration still comply with all code aspects.
