Dear Mr. Nocera:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the
modifications proposed to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed
that the proposed storage shed as shown on the revised plans date stamped 08/24/01 are
"minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan
Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application subject to the following condition(s):
1. The fa<;ade colors of the storage shed shall be similar to that of the one (1) story
apartment buildings;
2. The storage shed height shall be nine feet and three inches (9.3') as shown on the
plans.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit.

. Setbacks are as follow: 40' front yard, 40' rear yard, and 20' side yard
. The storage shed location will be located in the side yard of the last apartment building unit of the Nova
Apartments complex, specifically at the comer ofNE 1 st Street and NE 6th Avenue.
. The storage shed's dimension are 16'x 30', will be 12 feet away from the apartment building and will be
20 feet away from the property line along NE 1 st Street.
Regarding the architectural/design details, colors samples and height for the shed, I am waiting upon Mr.
Nocera to provide them.

Dear Sir:
Reference is made to the letter of 08/0 110 1 (copy attached) by Lusia Galav to Mr.
Vincent Nocera regarding a storage shed at 145 N.E. 6 Ave. Boynton Beach, Fl.
Although your department approved my request, it was brought to my attention that I
inadvertently called the project Nova Apts.,when it should have been Yorktown Cond
Apts. Unit 7 Building 3. The site plan submitted was correct
I also stated the shed height at 8' whereas my project manager brought to my attention
that it is actually 9'3".
My project manager has met with Mr. Eric Johnson and Mr. Jose Alfaro who ascertained
that the changes still meet all ordinances and/or code. They recommended a Letter of
Clarification be addressed to you so that all files can be brought up to date.
