Currently, the Tradewinds at Dos Lagos Condominium Board is looking into a Landscape Quiet Area as an alternative recreational amenity for the dock and gazebo that were removed. After meeting with a Landscape Architect we will submit preliminary plans to Mr. Wildner and then, if acceptable, will make formal application for a permit to the City's Building Department. Site Plan Review. However, the dock proposed to be removed from the plan is a part of the minimum Dos Lagos recreation amenities (originally required for a reduction of impact fee.) Consequently, to avoid the re-calculation of impact fees, the dock and gazebo must be replaced with recreation facilities similar to those shown on the approved plans, or alternative facilities as defined by the City's Land Development Regulations.
