Dear Mrs. Freeland:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed
to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the monument sign proposed on
the revised plans date stamped 05/30/03 is "minor", as defined within the Land Development
Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to
the following condition:
· Sign must comply with Chapter 21, Article IV, Section 1.B.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please

Dear Ms. Freeland:
This letter is written in response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the
modifications proposed to the above-referenced site plan date stamped 01107/03. The basic objective
of the request is to construct a wall sign on the decorative railing on the east side of the building.
According to the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 1, Article II, a wall sign is defined as the
following:
A sign containing copy, graphics, symbols and / or letters placed on the wall surface itself.
The language of the aforementioned code reference specifically requires that the wall sign shall be
placed on the exterior surface of the wall of the building. The collective area of the wall sign may not
exceed 32 square feet in area. Also, the site is permitted to have one (1) monument sign not to exceed
six (6) feet in height.
