Re: The Picture Factory - Minor Modifications

In response to your request for administrative review and approval of modifications proposed to the above-
referenced site plan, please be informed that the proposed changes are "minor", as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
The proposed changes were to replace the areas shown as sod at the west, south, and east sides of the site to
pavement and pavers. Please revise your permit drawings to show this replacement, along with the pavers and
potted landscaping to be added to the west side (front) of the project. Also, the revisions to the permit drawings
should include elimination of any elements not to be completed as part of this project, and submittal of any
outstanding plan sheets necessary to review all planned elements of the project.

Dear Mr. Rumpf:
Enclosed please find four copies of Sheet No.2, titled "Paving, Grading and Drainage
Plan," prepared by Caulfield & Wheeler for the above referenced project.
The proposed revision dated 12/11/00 provides asphalt pavement in lieu of a grass area at
the rear and south side of the Picture Factory building. We feel that the grass area could
not be properly maintai~ed due to the volume of car and truck traffic that would be
traversing the area. .
