This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to the following condition(s): 1. A landscape plan must be submitted and approved prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy (C.O.) for the parking lot; 2. Sod parking stalls shall have a base consisting of not less than eight (8) inches of stablized shell rock, lime rock, or sand, or an equivalent material as approved by the development director.
