Dear Mr. Cantin:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed to
the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the three (3) Black color canvas
entrance awnings and one carport awning as shown on the revised plans date stamped 06/13/02 are
"minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be
advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact

Dear Michael;
Please find attached the minor site plan modification for Tuscany on the Intracoastal. The
modifications include the addition of canvas awnings at building entry points to prevent
rain water intrusion into the corridors. Please refer to the drawings for detailed
information on the size and locations of the proposed awnings.
We also wish to add (6) parking canopies (carports) for our residents.
