The Department of Engineering has no objections to any of the proposed modifications to the site plan, which include replacement of mooring piling and the addition of docks and finger piers. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. The work consists primarily of replacement of existing mooring piling and the addition of a few small docks and finger pIers. Please also find the Letter of Authorization from Judy regarding the Hall property in permit # 01-4521 with regard to the comment about the project area.. The scope of work for the marina improvements includes both permits # 01-4521, which is the replacement of the existing bulkhead, and permit # 01-4522, which is the subject of this request for the minor modification and the replacement of he existing mooring piling and the addition of a few small docks and finger piers. We are at a very critical point in the development of the entire marina project. Your assistance with processing this application as soon as possible is very important to the overall schedule of the project. Thank you for your help.
