In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed to
the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the elevation changes as shown on
the revised plans date stamped 12/23/02 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development
Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be
advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact

Dear Mr. Rumph,
Please find my request for a minor site plan modification for Boynton Beach
Permit Number 98-3775. During the course of construction field conditions
required the contractor to relocate a window and add a door to the south elevation
of the building and delete a window from the north elevation of the building.
The building complies in every other respect with regard to the colors, finishes and
character of the requirements of the issuance of the permit. We hope this request
meets with your approval. Thank you for your assistance with this matter.
