Dear Mr. Axtell:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval ofthe modification proposed
to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the changes as shown on the
revised plans date stamped 03/24/03 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development
Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review. The following changes to the plan are approved as
follows:
· Change windows and door frames for the office area from green to white aluminum with
dark green "J" trim; and
. Change all metal doors, comer trims, and bollards to dark green.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised
that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact me at (561)
