Kruger, P.E. 6792 Red Reef Street, Suite 100 Lake Worth, FL 33467 Re: Vermeer Southeast Sales (Boynton Industrial Plat-Lots 6, 7 and 8) MMSP 02-065 Dear Mr. Kruger: In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the changes as shown on the revised plans date stamped 10/15/02 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review. The following changes to the plan are approved as follows: . Minor modifications to the location and split block support and frame for the monument sign in front of the property; . Reduction of one (1) parking space on the south side of the office portion of the building; . Update the parking space tabulations; . Roof overhangs in the back (Shop) part of the building; . Elimination of two (2) windows on the north elevation, and one (1) window on the south elevation; and . Revising the building height from 22' -0" to 23' -6". This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. The revisions shown within "revision clouds" on the plan are summarized as follows: 1) Minor modifications to location and split block support and frame for the monument sign in front of the property. 2) Reduction of 1 parking space on the south side of the office portion of the building, to accommodate a new o/h door for the Parts Dept window.
