Dear Mr. Kruger:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed to
the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the changes as shown on the revised
plans date stamped 10/15/02 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations,
Chapter 4- Site Plan Review. The following changes to the plan are approved as follows:
. Minor modifications to the location and split block support and frame for the monument sign in
front of the property;
. Reduction of one (1) parking space on the south side of the office portion of the building;
. Update the parking space tabulations;
. Roof overhangs in the back (Shop) part of the building;
. Elimination of two (2) windows on the north elevation, and one (1) window on the south
elevation; and
. Revising the building height from 22' -0" to 23' -6".
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised that
the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact me at (561) 742-

Dear Lusia:
This letter is written to request administrative approval for Minor Site Plan Modification
Enclosed is a check in the amount or $100 and 4 copies of the revised Site Plan. The
revisions shown within "revision clouds" on the plan are summarized as follows:
1)
Minor modifications to location and split block support and frame for the
monument sign in front of the property.
2)
Reduction of 1 parking space on the south side of the office portion of the
building, to accommodate a new o/h door for the Parts Dept window. The parking
space that was there has been changed to a paved ramp instead, with landscape
islands on both sides of the ramp.

edges of the overhang. The overhangs were not shown on the original TRC
submittal drawings, but were shown on the subsequent revisions that were shown
to and approved by the City Commission.
We trust that addresses all of the changes that are shown on the Building Permit
documents that are submitted and are now being considered for building permit (Permit No.
02-3667, GC- Axtell Construction). We are anticipating final approval of the Site Plan by
Thursday or Friday this week.
