Birch Road, Suite 301 Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304 Re: Victoria's Closet MMSP 03-043 Dear Mr. Highley: In response to your request for the administrati ve review and approval of the modifications proposed to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed the changes as shown on the revised plans date stamped OS/21/03 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review. The changes to the project are as follows: 1. Increase the storage bays from 599 to 923; 2. Increase the number of required parking from 17 to 20 spaces; 3. Modification to the breakaway gate along the southeast corner of the property. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to the following conditions: 1. The proposed gate shall not exceed 6 feet in height (Chapter 2 Section 4.J.2) and painted to match the color of the building. The additional storage units do not increase the size of the building. The units are increased based upon a different configuration of the layout of the floor plan based on what the feasibility experts have recommended the market demands. The additional breakaway gate was added at the request of the D.O. T. Enclosed is a check made payable to the Boynton Beach Building Department for the review fee of $100.00 as well as a new site plan reflecting the changes.
