Dear Mr. Highley:
In response to your request for the administrati ve review and approval of the modifications proposed
to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed the changes as shown on the revised
plans date stamped OS/21/03 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations,
Chapter 4- Site Plan Review. The changes to the project are as follows:
1. Increase the storage bays from 599 to 923;
2. Increase the number of required parking from 17 to 20 spaces;
3. Modification to the breakaway gate along the southeast corner of the property.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to the
following conditions:
1. The proposed gate shall not exceed 6 feet in height (Chapter 2 Section 4.J.2) and painted
to match the color of the building.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please

We request the following changes be reviewed as a minor site plan modification in accordance
with Chapter 4 ofLDR as compared to the original site plan approved.
· Increase of storage spaces from 599 to 923 which will warrant additional parking spaces
of the 17 provided to the 20 required.

· There is a breakaway gate different from the original site plan relating to item 10.
The additional storage units do not increase the size of the building. The units are increased based
upon a different configuration of the layout of the floor plan based on what the feasibility experts
have recommended the market demands.
The additional breakaway gate was added at the request of the D.O. T.
Enclosed is a check made payable to the Boynton Beach Building Department for the review fee
of $100.00 as well as a new site plan reflecting the changes.
