This will increase the height of the building three feet, which is below the allowed maximum in the C-3 zoning district. Attached is the revised drawing indicating the proposed new height. As you can see, the change does not affect the approved details of the fa<;ade of the building. Weare requesting this change after consulting with our engineers and structural experts. The present distance between the floors is causing us problems in design of the partition systems of the storage units. This is having a domino affect on the airflow, lighting, sprinkler system, and layout of the storage units.
