Dear Mr. McCormack:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed to
the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the elevation change (height
increase) as shown on the revised plans date stamped 01107/03 is "minor", as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit. Be advised that the
proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact me at (561) 742-

Dear Mr. Rumpf:
Please consider this request to change the floor heights of the above building from ten feet to eleven feet.
This will increase the height of the building three feet, which is below the allowed maximum in the C-3
zoning district. Attached is the revised drawing indicating the proposed new height. As you can see, the
change does not affect the approved details of the fa<;ade of the building.
Weare requesting this change after consulting with our engineers and structural experts. The present
distance between the floors is causing us problems in design of the partition systems of the storage units.
This is having a domino affect on the airflow, lighting, sprinkler system, and layout of the storage units.
It would be a much sounder approach to the design of the building to do so with the requested revised
height.
