Dear Mr. Grossman:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed to the
above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the changes as shown on the revised plans date
stamped 03/10/03 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan
Review. The following changes to the plan are approved as follows:
· Reinstallation of two (2) trash enclosures.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to the
following conditions:
1. If the scope of the project demands removal of plant material then the new plant material is subject to
review and approval of the City Forester / Environmentalist;
2. The trash! dumpster enclosure proposed mid -point along the north property line is not accessible for Solid Waste
pickup. Provide a minimum turning radius of 60 ft. to approach the dumpster. Provide a minimum backing
clearance of 60 ft. (measured from the front edge of the dumpster pad.) (LDR, Chapter 2, Section 11.J.2.b.);
3. Indicate by note that the site trash! dumpster enclosure shall be constructed in accordance with City Standard A-
88007;
4. Accent shrubs shall be provided along the screen walles) (LDR, Chapter 7.5, Article II, Section 5.l, and Article
ill, Section 9.A.9.a, and Chapter 9, Section 10. C.3.) Accordingly provide a plan showing proposed landscaping
for the two new enclosures.

The above referenced Site Plan, received on April 14, 2003, was reviewed by this office and we offer the
following comments:
1. The dumpster enclosure proposed mid-point along the north property line is not accessible for Solid
Waste pickup. Provide a minimum turning radius of 60 f1. to approach the dumpster. Provide a
