The following changes to the plan are approved as follows: · Reinstallation of two (2) trash enclosures. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to the following conditions: 1. If the scope of the project demands removal of plant material then the new plant material is subject to review and approval of the City Forester / Environmentalist; 2. The trash! dumpster enclosure proposed mid -point along the north property line is not accessible for Solid Waste pickup. Provide a minimum turning radius of 60 ft. to approach the dumpster. Provide a minimum backing clearance of 60 ft. (measured from the front edge of the dumpster pad.) (LDR, Chapter 2, Section 11.J.2.b.); 3. Indicate by note that the site trash! dumpster enclosure shall be constructed in accordance with City Standard A- 88007; 4. Accent shrubs shall be provided along the screen walles) (LDR, Chapter 7.5, Article II, Section 5.l, and Article ill, Section 9.A.9.a, and Chapter 9, Section 10. C.3.)
