Dear Mr. Meyers:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the
modifications proposed to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed
that the proposed raquetball court, whirlpool/spa, and parking garages as shown on the
revised plans date stamped 06/14/01 are "minor", as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application subject to the following condition(s):
1. The fayade colors and exterior design of the seven (7) parking garages (textured
stucco walls and S- Tile roofs) shall match that of the residential buildings;
2. The seven (7) parking garages may need to conform to the standards as outlined in
the Fair Housing Requirement #2 regarding handicap accessible parking spaces.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application. Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the

Re: Villa Del Sol Minor Modification
Dear Mr. Rumpf:
This letter is to notify you of some minor modifications we would like to make to Villa
Del Sol. Villa Del Sol was granted Site Plan Approval on March 22,2001. The File
Number is NWSP- 00-014.
First, there is the addition of 7 garage buildings, each containing 4 separate garages,
making a total of 28 garages. These garages replace existing parking spaces.
Secondly, we have added an indoor racquetball court to the site plan, which will be
located in the clubhouse building.
Lastly, we have added a whirlpool/spa to the site plan, which, of course, will be located
in the pool area.
The lot coverage ratio with these revisions does not exceed 5%.
We have supplied four signed and sealed copies of the revisions as required.
