We have spoke to Laurinda, Ken, Frantz and it's a na-na. If they did, please have them submit a copy of ~ correspondence addressing this issue. This department does not issue instructions of these matters verbally. If they cannot produce written documentations, IT DID NOT HAPPEN!!! Planning & Zoning wants affirmation from someone (Public Works) that the elimination of 3 dumpsters is acceptable before we issue our approval letter rather than it being addressed at the time of permitting. In his letter, Mr. Grossman claims he received Engineering's consent to remove these dumsters. Has Ira Grossman from Cornerstone Group Development Corp or anyone from Quincy Johnson Architects contacted you and received your authorization to eliminate these dumpsters? Lusia- If it is okay to eliminate these dumpsters, the approval letter is already typed up and ready for you to sign. Don't sign it until Public Works confirms that the removal of 3 dumpsters is acceptable. I sent that question (via email) to Dave Kelly and Jeff Livergood. I expect them to respond by Monday. Also, I spoke with the architect (Richard Jones from Quincy Johnson) and he doesn't know how the 10 spaces were eliminated but pointed out that the plans still comply with parking code (which they do). So, if you here from Jeff or Dave or someone from Public Works that they can remove the 3 dumpsters, then I suppose you can sign the approval letter. The size and layout of the pool deck has changed to make the view from the Loggia at the rear of the Clubhouse more unobstructed, / 2. We have removed three (3) of the proposed trash container locations. This was done after conferring with the City Engineering Department as to the size and number actually required based upon the number of units and number of weekly pickups. 3, We have removed the small project sign at the front entrance and have relocated it to the wall directly behind the FDOT triangle at the corner of Old Dixie Highway and US 1, This will enable the sign to be visible from USl rather than from only directly in front of the project. j 4, We have relocated the Tot Lot from the left side of the Clubhouse near Building I to a more secure and quiet area behind Building 12.
