This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Minor Modification #2 incorporates into the site plan the fabric awnings covering each breezeway entrance. The reason the awnings were incorporated into the project is due to the fact that the stairway at each breezeway extends out beyond the eave overhand and we did not want our tenants to be walking up the stairs in the rain. Pursuant to Code requirements attached are four copies of the revised site plan showing the location of all fabric awnings a sample of the color (Terra Cotta) and a cut sheet showing the style of the fabric awnings.
