In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed to
the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the elevation changes as shown on
the revised plans date stamped 07/09/02 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development
Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be
advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact

Minor Site Plan Modification

Dear Mr. Rumpf:
Wendy's previously obtained final site plan approval form the City Commission for the aforementioned
outparcel on April 16, 2002. The elevations have been modified slightly from the plans that were reviewed
and approved by the City Commission. The main building colors have changed on the building elevation
plans but were accurately reflected on the colored elevations that were submitted to your department and
presented to the Commission. Wendy's currently provides wall tile around the drive-thru windows and
awnings over the drive-thru windows. The banding below the windows has been modified to reflect an 8"
band directly below the window and 2'-4" band down to the slab.
On behalf of Wendy's International, Inc., I would like to respectively request approval of the minor
modifications to the building elevations. Thank you for your assistance in reviewing this request and please
