Dear Mr. Lieberman:
In response to your request dated September 9, 2003 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following :
. Modification of approved paint color, substituting Sherwin-
Williams Luminous White (SW 1900 Flat)for previously approved
Sherwin-Williams Fragile Beauty (SW 1108 Flat) on the garage
doors (as depicted on the attached drawing) .
Please be informed that, since the proposed color change is
utilizing a previously approved white color for other trim features
on the buildings, the proposed change is "minor" as defined within
the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division
as a permit application.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
the building permit. Please contact me at (561) 742-6260 if you have
additional questions.
