In response to your request for the administrative review and approval ofthe modification proposed
to the above-referenced, approved site plan please be informed that the proposed changes on the
revised plan date stamped 06/20/03 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development
Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to
the following condition:
1. If the scope of the project demands removal of plant material then such plant material must be
relocated to an area subject to approval of the City Forester.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please
contact me at (561) 742-6260 if you have additional questions.

I am in receipt of the above reference project delivered to Laurinda Logan last Thursday, July 10th. We
reviewed it against the requirements outlined in the City of Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances and the
current Engineering Design Handbook & Construction Standards of this Division.
In lieu that this is an existing site with primarily interior renovations, and only exterior hardscape
landscaping improvements, I will sign off on all remnant comments for Public Works, both General and
Engineering.
Please advise me if you or the applicant have any questions or require additional information in regards to
this memorandum.

I am requesting a minor site plan amendment. I have attached a copy of the narrative that has
been submitted to the CRA for the Fayade Grant to describe the scope of the project.
I initially met with Quintus and he felt that a Site Plan Approval would not be required. However
upon permit application Karen Main requested that we seek a minor site plan amendment.
