Dear Mr. Morris:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed to
the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the addition of seven (7) new garages
as shown on the revised plans date stamped 03/21/02 are "minor", as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review. The proposed garages will be placed over
existing parking spaces, resulting in the elimination of eight (8) parking spaces. Required parking is
not affected.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to
the following conditions:
1. If the scope of the project demands removal of plant material then the new plant material is subject
to review and approval of the City Forester / Environmentalist;
2. The wall color and roofing material of the proposed garages shall match that of the existing
apartment buildings.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please
