Dear Mr. Morris:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed to
the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed the changes as shown on the revised
plans date stamped 04/08/02 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations,
Chapter 4- Site Plan Review. The changes to the clubhouse area as follows:
1. Elimination of 2nd story;
2. Reduction in total square footage for clubhouse facility (from 7,300 square feet to 4,830 square
feet).
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be
advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact

Attached is a letter requesting minor modifications to a project at
2309 N. Congress Ave. per my conversation wI Sherri this afternoon.
Any help you could give us in expediting this request would be greatly
appreciated.
The project was originally permitted in January 2001, granted a
couple of extensions and ultimately started in October 2001. I don't
know how it happened, however, somehow the approved plans that we
have on the job apparently do not match the approved plans in your
office (the plans in your office show an earlier, larger version of the same
building). This information did not come to our attention until now as we
are trying to get a C of 0 and close out the project.

My Project Manager is on his way to have 4 sets of plans made and
delivered to your office wI a check before you close today. I was hoping
to call for a final on the building by Friday as there are penalty dauses in
my contract wI the Owner for time delays,
