Morris General Contractors, Inc. 7011 Business Park Boulevard, Suite 101 Jacksonville, FL 32256 Re: Boynton Landings - Clubhouse Modification MMSP 02-026 Dear Mr. Morris: In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed the changes as shown on the revised plans date stamped 04/08/02 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review. The changes to the clubhouse area as follows: 1. Elimination of 2nd story; 2. Reduction in total square footage for clubhouse facility (from 7,300 square feet to 4,830 square feet). This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Any help you could give us in expediting this request would be greatly appreciated. The project was originally permitted in January 2001, granted a couple of extensions and ultimately started in October 2001. I don't know how it happened, however, somehow the approved plans that we have on the job apparently do not match the approved plans in your office (the plans in your office show an earlier, larger version of the same building). This information did not come to our attention until now as we are trying to get a C of 0 and close out the project. If you have any questions or require additional information please contact me at our office - 904-998-9281, Ext. 105 or on my cell.@ 904- 237 -9252. My Project Manager is on his way to have 4 sets of plans made and delivered to your office wI a check before you close today.
