Dear Mr. Trigger:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed
to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the wall proposed on the revised
plans date stamped 06/02/03 is "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations,
Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be
advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact

My review determined the following regarding the Revised Dakota Lofts plans:
1. The locations of section A-A' and 8-8' need to be shown on the Landscaping plan.
2. The location of the wall on the irrigation plan needs to be shown.
3. The estimated height of coconut palm at time of installation needs to be put in the planting
legend.
4. An elevation of the proposed wall to show its appearance when looking at it from the street
needs to be provided.
5. Proposed plant material shown in ROW in Sections A-A' and 8-8' needs to be removed.
6. The proposed sidewalk in the ROW needs to be labeled on landscaping plan.

RE: Dakota Lofts - minor site plan modification
Privacy wall and fence
Dear Sir/Madam:
As per City requirements, attached are four copies of both the Site Plan and the Survey for
Dakota Lofts showing the location of the privacy wall and fences we would like to install
around our property.
We have also included four copies of the architectural drawings of the wall, product
information on the fences, both aluminum and chain link, and letter and landscape drawings
approved by the Florida Department of Transportation for along Federal Highway.
The wall will be painted to match the lighter exterior color of the buildings.
A check for $100.00 is also attached for the processing fee.
Please review this minor Site Plan modification and advise.
